Very mature, yes, I know. But I'm not the one that named the place. I think my favourite part of this town was the penis-shaped statue in the middle of the roundabout just off the highway. Obviously that's not the Spanish word for it, but whatever, I'm easily entertained.
This whole area of the coast is famous for its king prawns, so of course, we had to find ourselves some. We've been eating a lot of seafood recently, and I'm not sure I'm going to get sick of it. The combination of baking heat, sunshine, white wine and seafood is so quintessentially summer to me – bliss! This is what I was thinking about all those hours I spent at work knowing we were coming on this trip.
We ended the day free-camping right on the ocean. Look at this view!
