Belgium and Denmark and France, oh my!

Not to brag or anything, but this living 2 hours (give or take) from many desirable European destinations is not getting old!

This weekend we're headed to Belgium to meet Ross's parents before they head home.  We're getting the Eurostar to Brussels - so much easier than flying - where we'll spend a day before heading to Ghent for 2 nights to check out Ghent and Brugge.  Beer, waffles and chocolate - what's not to be excited about?

The Queen's Diamond Jubilee has warranted an extra long weekend for the UK, so we're taking the opportunity to visit Copenhagen - somewhere neither of us have been before but both really wanted to see.  Food, art, design, history... I can't wait!

Our fantastic friends Jason and Marine have invited us to stay with Marine's family at her father's holiday home in La Rochelle, France.  Sun, sand, and seafood, not to mention seeing our friends for the first time in a year!  We both loved La Rochelle when we visited last year, and it'll be even better with friends.
